WRB Project Automation Privacy Policy

WRB Outdoors uses the WRB Project Automation integration to coordinate authorized customer-project setup between HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and QuickBooks Online.

INFORMATION PROCESSED

The integration may process customer and project information needed to establish a sold project, including customer name, contact information, project address, project identifier, approved scope summary, contract-gate information, and the identifiers or links created by connected systems. It does not use this workflow to create payroll transactions, bank transactions, journal entries, or payment transactions.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information is used only to create or match the authorized QuickBooks customer/project record, create WRB project workspaces, prevent duplicate project creation, and record links between WRB's business systems.

SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Information is shared only with service providers used by WRB for this workflow, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform, subject to their applicable agreements and security controls. WRB does not sell personal information processed through this integration.

STORAGE AND SECURITY

Authentication is handled through the connected providers' OAuth and connection-management services. WRB does not intentionally place QuickBooks access tokens in customer records or project documents. Access is limited to authorized WRB personnel and service connections.

RETENTION AND DELETION

Project and accounting records are retained according to WRB's business, contractual, and legal recordkeeping requirements and the retention controls of the connected systems. Requests concerning personal information may be submitted using the contact information below, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
