WRB Project Automation End-User License Agreement

Effective date: September 11, 2026

This internal-use agreement governs authorized access to WRB Outdoors' WRB Project Automation integration.

AUTHORIZED USE

The integration may be used only by personnel authorized by WRB Outdoors and only for legitimate WRB customer-project administration. Users may not share credentials, bypass access controls, use the integration for another business, or use it for unlawful activity.

CONNECTED SERVICES

The integration connects WRB systems including HubSpot, Microsoft 365/Power Platform, and Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of those services remains subject to their separate terms. Availability may depend on those providers.

DATA AND RECORDS

Users must enter and approve accurate business information in the applicable source system. QuickBooks remains the source of truth for accounting records; HubSpot remains the source of truth for pre-contract customer and Deal data; SharePoint and Planner remain the controlled project-file and task systems.

SECURITY

Users must protect their accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. WRB may suspend or revoke access at any time.

NO TRANSFER

The integration and its access rights may not be sold, sublicensed, or transferred outside WRB without written authorization.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION

The integration is provided for WRB's internal operational use. To the extent permitted by law, WRB is not responsible for service interruptions or errors caused by third-party platforms. Nothing in this agreement limits obligations that cannot legally be limited.

TERMINATION

Authorization ends when WRB revokes access, employment or engagement ends, or this agreement is violated. On termination, the user must stop using the integration and return or delete WRB information as directed, subject to required record retention.
